463 complaints of rights abuse in Kashmir during 2011-12Jammu April 05: Jammu and Kashmir Human Rights Commission (SHRC) has received 463 complaints of rights abuse including 154 cases of disappearances, custodial deaths and harassments during 2011-12 in the state.
According to annual report of SHRC, which was tabled in Legislative Council Thursday, 354 cases were disposed of by the Commission during the same period
