SRINAGAR April 06: Amnesty International has said that J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah’s refusal to repeal the Public Safety Act (PSA), which allows authorities to detain a person without a trial for at least two years, “will not be a deterrent” in demanding revocation of the controversial law.
